This is not bad but it will definitely take away from my budget to improve the interior of one unit that will be vacant this month in addition to installing a mini split system in each unit and possibly getting a new walkway and fence.

Watch out for hidden costs....you still have to "develop"(Utilites, tree removal, driveways, walkways, landscaping, fencing, grading, filing, digging, hookups, ect ect.) the lot before they can place the modular.

I am asking for the third time in this forum: Tenant asked if he (or someone) could paint the patio and the walkway because of what you see in the pic.
