I have a duplex with a shared front walkway with our neighbors.

It also covers elevated walkways. 

For instance, at one home I saw a crack in the walkway by the steps leading to the front door.

This is not bad but it will definitely take away from my budget to improve the interior of one unit that will be vacant this month in addition to installing a mini split system in each unit and possibly getting a new walkway and fence.

Watch out for hidden costs....you still have to "develop"(Utilites, tree removal, driveways, walkways, landscaping, fencing, grading, filing, digging, hookups, ect ect.) the lot before they can place the modular.

(Roof, box gutter repair, outdoor concrete stairs/walkway replacement, HVAC replacement). 

I put in my leases that tenants are responsible for cleaning snow off of their vehicles, the porches, and any walkways the town doesn’t plow.

But typically the seller can't afford or just doesn't want the house anymore and they're ready to walk way but they don't want their credit ruined by a foreclosure.

I am asking for the third time in this forum: Tenant asked if he (or someone) could paint the patio and the walkway because of what you see in the pic.
