Are you trying to troubleshoot this and fix it yourself? 

Most people I’ve talked to who cohost & manage the property listings, bookings, small maintenance, cleanings, communication, trouble shoot, etc charge 20-25% mngmt fees.

Ideally, the right company will handle everything from cleaning and booking management to on-the-ground troubleshooting for guests when needed.

I try to trouble shoot over the phone but it doesn't always work.

I'm using 3rd party software to try and automate as much as my operation as possible, but I find myself troubleshooting way more than if I were using no management software at all.
