Regina, my sister is  currently stationed in Cleveland (coast guard), what are some good areas for her to scout for potential investment?

I recall reading in Forbes that major foundation fixes can add surprising value, becuase it addresses the single biggest fear buyers have.. a shaky structure.From my three decades in fix-and-flips, Ive noticed how important it is to have a team you trust.. from attorneys who know probate deals to realtors willing to drive for dollars with you, scouting hidden gems.

From the zoom calls, to property scouting, to getting the property, this was years time.

Del Valle, Bastrop, and Hornsby Bend are areas I’ve been scouting heavily with investors.

If he really wants to "roll up his sleeves", he can scout properties in your community (or on the internet) and get paid a "commission" if he finds one of your investor-friends in Omaha to buy it (aka, acquisition fee/finder's fee).
