What do people use for crime data . Use to be on Zillow but because they are woke ...no longer . Very important to me especially investing out of state

    @Chris SeveneyI ordered one report on https://www.neighborhoodscout.com to check it out . It does give some great data but would need to verify with a local agent/contractor/property management company etc
