Reward: Assess whether the uncertainty surrounding the current occupants, title clarity, and liens aligns with your risk tolerance.

Exactly this and why you should not do cash for keys to reward poor tenant actions.  

P.S. sometimes it's more stressful than fun, but the rewards can be enormous and are worth it.

Despite the fact that the market has dropped significantly both in rent and price, I still think the market should be considered high risk/high reward.

If you have a business you can grow and get financially rewarded that is higher priority then leaving that.

The user interface is dated, unintuitive and requires far more clicks to do anything compared to Airbnb, on both the host and guest side. 

In addition to this, I've had 2 clients this past year tell me they used Airdna in '22 and '23 to see projected and estimated income and was drastically different than actual income made with very comparable properties. 

PS  my Detroit section 8 folks were not the easiest .. compared to the bible belt..  

Although real estate can be intimidating, it's also so rewarding. 

I don’t know why anyone would take that risk for little reward.
