Like a coffee gift card, snack basket, etc.

I was warned about it when a tenant hires employees, then they go down the block getting snacks, leaving the front entrance doors unlocked.

I provide enough water, coffee, and a few snacks to help them get settled in.

Looks like I need an afternoon snack. 

This includes:Welcome gifts**: Local snacks or a bottle of wine. 

But otherwise, a room just needs new sheets (we have extras ready to go) and towels, snacks, and then we quickly wipe and spray everything down, vacuum (doesn't always need it after every single stay) and we are out.

They want someone to bring them Gatorade, a cool towel, and a snack mix while they put their feet up and earn passive income for years without knowing a single thing or listening to anyone except people who don't know anything.

My shakes usually have nuts, seeds, fruits, veggies, and protein powder.

The jury is out on if snacks are the best fit for something like this, or stuff that the customers could use to detail their own cars.
