Please stop asking us for "the best" zip codes to invest in.Detroit has around 183 Residential Neighborhoods - wouldn't it be nice if "some property mangagement company" Classified them all as A, B, C, or D on an interactive map that real estate investors could use to make better decisions?

I don't want to have an adversarial interaction with the developer or to try and keep the property for myself.

I personally interact with each and every guest.

Mail does work however it must get read and more importantly it must have interaction.  

Of course I still vote on people’s post that has nothing to do with interacting with me.

I imagine it can be tricky without face-to-face interaction, but it sounds like you’ve got a solid approach.Honestly, I don't have a process for establishing trust with sellers other than being polite and professional.
