What kinds of policies do you think might help ensure ongoing affordability as Texas continues to grow?

We’re considering whether to do mid-grade updates and rent it soon if we can find a good next property though acquisition and ongoing costs are a problem.

Here is a critical item I ran into with other properties: Avantstay has a vendor to take out and bring in the bins.

That means weekly on going preventative maintenance fixing small problems before they become big problems. 

Also, are you planning on going through an LLC?

The problem I ran into was that most buyers that wanted to do it, couldn't bridge the equity gap and the sellers needed the equity to go buy the next one.   

I ran into the same issue.

Willing to customize to tenant desires FOR A PRICE. obviously, some of the above is accomplished by the particular property you purchased; some by repairs, maintenance and improvements, and some by ongoing service commitment.   

Hello - I've had my real estate license for a few years now, but the ongoing costs is not beneficial (at the current moment).
