I've been looking at some properties and before I get started, I wanted to know does anyone have any reputable General Contractor/Contractor along with property manager in Columbus, GA because I haven't had much of luck in that department yet?

Looking for a Civil Engineer and/or Landscape Contractor who can bringsome wall block retaining walls up to code.

There is no such thing as "HUD-Approved contractors" or any type of certification required for contractors to perform 203k's or HomeStyle renovation loans.

Currently, I have a weekly check in with my current contractor, but alot of time it is a chasing game.

You may have to search a bit for the right contractor or engineer - sometimes I see one solution dominating in an area - "that is how we always do it"
