Good morning/evening Everyone,

I am located in Columbus Georgia, and I am new to the Bigger Pockets community. I have been listening to the podcast for a few months now and watching the "Real Estate for Rookies" YouTube show and I've been learning and also reading different books on real-estate investing. I've been looking at some properties and before I get started, I wanted to know does anyone have any reputable General Contractor/Contractor along with property manager in Columbus, GA because I haven't had much of luck in that department yet?
