No way a large commercial asset could be held hostage by an antenna agreement?

They will place a sled mounted data node antenna on the roof, we will supply electricity.

If it's less than that however they can do a point-to-point wireless directed at your building and then just do smaller wireless antennas for each unit and that's a pretty economical solution that the smaller wireless ISPs will consider.

5G provider comes to you and if you don't like his contract he goes across the street.Also 5G is not like the big antenna arrays that serve cell traffic and 4G. 

If they say they have a "dog" your antennas need to go up.
