Are You Securing Next Generation 5G Lease
There is a new lease frontier for property owners today. As COVID has impacted office and retail leases there is a new tenant now to help replace these lost revenues. The cellular carriers are looking to lease your rooftops to secure their 5G networks. These leases can be up to 30 years and depending on the size of your roof you could secure leases on one rooftop from AT&T, Verizon, TMobile/Sprint, DISH and local regional carriers such as BOOST.
Optimizing these leases is trick and many of the pitfalls must be avoided. Securing these leases can dramatically improve the value of your property for decades if done right!
