After paying the money and being ghosted for over one month, I turned in a fraud alert to BofA.

My area is relatively low crime, but had one place that someone broke a window to get in.... probably a homeless guy looking for a place to sleep....got scared when neighbor turned light on.I put in a SimpliSafe unit... portable, easy to set up, multiple options- you can use a webcam and get alerts on your phone and future tenant can pay for full service if they want.

Here's a few other updates I have made so far:- Extended our standard refund window from 48 hours to 7 days- Given the team permission to alert me if they feel our standard policy is not fair for any particular issue.- Incentivized our team to resolve chats completely instead of answering new chats quickly.
