Would you want to live next to someone who has a conviction for possessing or producing child pornography?

Let's be honest, pornography, stripping, and sex work are marginal occupations in our society and they tend to have plenty of marginal types in them.

I guess I didn't realize that what I was viewing was pornography.

So if the crazy terrorists were causing mayhem because they were offended by pornography or a Will and Grace rerun, should those producers be held accountable as well?

Deals, like pornography, is hard to accurately define but as one SCOTUS said, 'you know it when you see it'PS, if the 'deals' fit my buying criteria of larger sized multifamily inside the loop (or close by), then yes, I have the capital and team to take down as many as he could send. 

The Private lender that I selected for this deal claimed that he is always willing to close church deals as long as the income was strong and the borrower had reserves and if need be they would look at additional guarantors .Well I figured this was an easy match until the lender began to speak on the conference call and made a ton of insensitive remarks, a few religious jokes gone wrong and even an ill timed reference to pornography.

I picked up a package purporting to have a videocassette of child pornography.

For example if the account is in your name, and one of the tenants is looking at child pornography or downloading bootleg bittorrent programs.

I could see how it would be uncomfortable, but how exactly does the neighbor playing pornography in the comfort of his own home next door make her feel "unsafe," as you mentioned?
