Overall they WERE problem free tenants until yesterday when we received a letter from an attorney stating one of the three brothers has been arrested for possession of child pornography. 

Now youre going to prison for 20 years and registering as a sex offender because you inadvertently created child pornography.

By Day 60, were federal agents at the door accusing the tenant of sending child pornography through US mail because multiple envelopes with their return address had been sent to several government addresses throughout the Los Angeles area?

A pit bull is like pornography - hard to articulate in writing, but you know it when you see it.

However, what if your tenant starts to watch child pornography?

While inspecting the property, we went into the attic area to check insulation and found the largest stash of vintage pornography, toys, and BDSM objects and material I have ever seen...

Sure it's filled with advertising, pornography, games, and scams - but it is also the greatest gathering of minds and mental ability and thought process ever assembled.  

Some of the crazy that has happened in the last decade:- One of my tenants downloaded child pornography.

Similar to minors not being able to drink alcohol, purchase pornography or sign legal contracts. 

Just as you have heard the expression, “I can’t define pornography in specific terms but I know it when I see.†The same applies here.
