I am wrapping up rehabbing my first property by myself in DC and getting confused on how to price it, It is a townhouse 4bed, 2.5bath in NEI am hoping to rent it to someone with a housing voucher covering 90%+ of the monthly payment. 

As I mentioned my only question would be something hopefully Dave or someone else can answer.

@David Weitzel great deal, and welcome to the forumns, I love the idea of doing a flip on my own street, seems easier to keep things under wraps but perhaps you still had contractor issues it sounds like?

My focus will be on buy and hold, maybe a splash of fix and flip as I progress with my knowledge. 

Sometimes the question isn't "is my property going to continue to be a good investment?". 

We typically also do pre-listing inspections, which i can discuss more indepth with you; its a great aspect of my listing service package.
