Living in a very expensive real estate market (like my Seattle area), long distance real estate investing provides a dynamic path for building a robust and diversified portfolio that I didn’t think was available.

My 3 bedroom 2 bath home is paid off.

I'm pretty sure every cleaner everywhere hates making bunk beds, as that adds time and complexity  There will be extra hair and possibly more if you allow pets. 

This is my first purchase, where my intent was to install recessed lighting all throughout the house.

My state is very fair to landlords, but there's no way to win this scenario.
