Need advice on my first home

I hope everyone is doing well. I need some serious advice as I may have made a mistake not thinking this through. So i bought a home back in September 2022 in Kansas City Mo with 7.37% interest and I remodeled the home by putting a 2nd full kitchen and remodel the main bathroom almost putting close to $30k I have a remaining balance left of $275k in loan, I had to relocate to Dallas due to unexpected job transfers in 2024 May such a short notice didn’t want to put the MO home back on the market and loose money. So I rented it out via agency I as loosing $300 a month since my mortgage was look the idea was to refinance to get it lower or sale it when market is up. Recently I bought a home as I am bringing my parent to live with us we just need a more space. I bought a home with 5.37% interest and owe about $406k. I just realized it’s a bit too much for us to manage and wanted to explore some options. We are so new to this and have no experience. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
