There IS some tweaking that can be done as far as price vs interest rates goes. 

So, create a general direction and then get stated, you can always tweak the direction along the way.

They have their own typical sets of plans that can be tweaked by their own architects/engineers.

Not perfect, but a decent way to get a rough sketch, then tweak it with real measurements if you want to be more accurate. 

Every few months I tweak some of the ads/campaigns and they get re-approved every time so I don't think there's any issues.

Listening to all the podcasts and readings on forums, there's always clauses that should be put in or "tweaked" to protect you as a buyer and not necessarily take advantage of the seller. 

I tweak it from time to time, but I normally get a solid 20-30 calls off this letter a lone...

I understand your concern Josh and if the questions poured in from new signups, it could be a daunting task for the pros to keep up with the answers.Perhaps a slight tweak where these questions would be posted in a private pro room (if and when the pro account gets its own spot) and the new member would know that their question, regradless of how simple they may think the questions is, would not go "public" or be open to any criticism, but would only be placed in teh pro room so that one of the many pros could answer them directly via PM and the pro would then check off the question as "answered".

I already have a few on my buyers list btw.Btw she is making some tweaks for some clauses and stuff which is good, glad I could talk to an attorney first.
