Given that their earnings can vary wildly based on the number of task(s) / rides they get I couldn't see a scenario that I could make it work in.Do any of you have Sharing economy tenants and under what condition(s) will you accept them?

I wasnt getting proper support responses either... and on calling i was asked not to share the links in social media.. they have the rental listed on their own site and have established links to Airbnb and vrbo listings....i am worried that maybe they are taking me for a ride by providing such responses .. 

Honestly, i resigned from my corporate job and i have been sitting home for last 3 weeks doing nothing but just collecting passive income and feeling totally different.All i need to know is from all you experienced folks* should i expand futher or just ride with what i currently have and chill?

Cash flow would've helped them to ride it down and soften the blow but without cashflow they may find themselves with negative equity and foreclosure.
