Rex Report has been Sold!
A service I loved and have used since the 90's... Bittersweet.

"Rex Report has been sold to Foreclosure Listing Service (FLS). I want to assure all of our subscribers that you will be in good hands. Roddy's Foreclosure Listing Service has been around since 1963. They provide pre-foreclosure lists for 66 counties in Texas. They also offer a variety of real estate leads, including vacant house reports, bankruptcy lists, and sheriff sale lists, and they are excited to get to provide additional options for you.
In regards to your current accounts, they will be honoring all existing contracts through their dates of expiration including Webb county.
They will reach out to each of you by phone and email to help you create new accounts inside their new merged website at flsonline.com.
The Rex Report Team will attend the December 4th foreclosure auction in Bexar, Travis, Williamson and Webb counties as usual to identify properties being sold according to the Rex Report books. December Sold Report data will be provided by FLS.
We had a great run! We acquired Real Estate Foreclosures in a two-part deal back in 2000 and 2001, from one family business to another. Shortly after that purchase, Real Estate Foreclosures found itself in a spirited competition with George Roddy, then owner of FLS. This competition led to many innovations and held prices down for over ten years. Time has passed for all. George Roddy has passed. The new ownership of FLS has a young new vision for foreclosure reporting and training, a vision that I have confidence in. The staff of Rex Report will not be riding off into the sunset but to the sunrise. All my daughters have built growing careers in art and animation, while Elizabeth and I will cherry pick from a list of more sedate opportunities, including, for me, some writing.
Thank you all for being loyal subscribers over these many years. We wish you a fond farewell with gratitude and warm feelings.
Thanks!"
Sincerely,
Gregg & Elizabeth Stanley
