In addition to the vast number of traditional companies and industries, we have a booming Tech sector and now are behind only LA and New York in the amount of movie production and sound stages.  

But where was the honesty and integrity from the lenders when they let money to people with no jobs poor credit etc. etc. where was the integrity when movies and S&P rated all the subprime mortgages AAA!!!

Movie theatres are closing everywhere. 

:) This reminds me of the movie Kung Fu Panda.

It's like paying to go see a movie at a theater and then having to sit through commercials, they are making money on both ends.I've not heard any complaints from guests yet, but March was the first month where more of my rentals came from AirBNB than from VRBO, so maybe they are voting with their dollars and going elsewhere.

Keep in mind I am not an attorney nor do I play one in the movies, but I would proceed cautiously and only after you have an attorney review the option contract as the JV agreement could end up being unenforceable and all your hard work and expense for not.

I actually enjoyed it so much that I have stayed with it all these years.Contrary to movies real events happen super fast in a matter of seconds to maybe half a minute or so.

When you can drive down the road and point out all the houses you've been in because you've toured SO many properties ... you know you're a real estate investor.When after a night out at a nice restaurant, before heading out to catch a movie, you stop at the local Home Depot to pick up materials for tomorrow's project ... you know you're a real estate investor.
