To wrap up, I spent the entire afternoon dumping, by gloved hand, bucket after bucket of sh*t water back into the drain pipe. 

In addition, there were several 5 gallon buckets of human feces and urine in the house, which is how these scumbags used the bathroom without the water being turned on.

So I have a leaky bucket.  

I'd watch it but it's 1am, and have to get up at 6, but I will be watching those videos to get ideas on building my pipeline, instead of hauling buckets.   

Besides and WAV file cannot hear the seller's motivation and you are the most qualified to and have spent a bucket load on those addresses and numbers so call yourself.I can forward you the scripts if needed.

People without equity cannot sell to you at a discount unless they bring a bucket of cash to the closing table, and these sellers don't have money or they would have repaired their houses and paid their house payments.2) Mailing to owner occupants, even with equity, is a huge waste of money.
