It is helpful to utilize an extra pair of eyes. 

Can you do it in pairs over time or would they all need replacing soon to prevent tenants from having high utility bills?

I was lucky enough to be paired with two gentleman I had never met at the golf course the other day.

I take sellers interview them and see if I can pair them up with buyers.

I saved nearly $100k before my first investment (a pair of side by side duplexes @ 25% down) and it definitely started some life changing investment strategies and lifestyle designs for myself and wife.

Then you can sell it to a developer that will have the option to build a pair of homes or take it through the SP process to increase the density further.You will probably make the most if you partner with a builder and develop the land.

Obviously we could take the handle off but a pair of channel locks will resolve that.
