Looking for partner around Oakland, CA

I'm a newbie investor in the Bay Area. I have been educating myself for a while and think that I got the basic principles and strategies. I am a little hesitant to pull the trigger though, because I know that there are many details I am not familiar with. I also do not have yet a network of people that I can rely on for the different tasks. I am therefore looking for a more experienced partner that would be willing to do some deals together with me, so I can learn the basics along the way. I got some cash to invest, but not too much. It should be enough for a loan downpayment. We would of course split the profits in a way that works for both of us. I am thinking a fix and flip would be best at first. Later, I would be interested in moving on to fix and rent. I think the best area for me to get started is around Oakland, Sacramento and Stockton.

Anyone interested to partner up, please let me know.

@Simon Stahl welcome! Try and make it out to the August event if you can hosted by @J. Martin. There will be a ton of local BPers there and a ton of people that can help you out.

Outside of that, there are some monthly BP Meetups too I would recommend attending and letting people know what you are trying to achieve!
