When my team had over 500 flips under our belt combined.  

So finding a successful and proven person who had several projects under there belt to partner with or hire as a consultant or the like to help you build your systems and processes to maximize your profitability. 

Once you get one of these deals under your belt, you will have more cash on hand for the next deal.My first deal was a studio in the FiDi which I held onto for a few years before selling it at about $200K profit.

But having an easy win will be a good feeling, too, and may be helpful on the psychological side of things more than anything else.Would love to hear the thoughts of those who have a few under their belt and have had to wrestle with the variation of opportunity types.Thanks for any thoughts!

Use COMMERCIAL dehumidifiers and blowers.3  Treat with a product that kills mildew, such as Microban or Concrobium.

Once we get more experience under our belts, I will definitely keep you in mind.  

It's very difficult to self-manage from CA to the rust belt so yes, I pay money to a PM and yet I STILL have to do a lot of the PM work myself or mistakes eat up all my profits.
