Hello,

I have rehabbed properties for several years and we are looking to transition to doing some new construction projects. Any wisdom that anyone would like to share based on their experience going from being a rehabber to doing some new construction projects.

Thanks

Find someone who has done new construction before, and ask to shadow them on their next project.   While you can most certainly learn new construction on your own, you will find that your first project is entirely too inefficient and costly by making mistakes that can easily be avoided.
