Realty Shares

Any feed back from people have used Realty Shares?  I am looking for a short term loan?  How fast do you get approved?  Is it easy and do you recommend them?

We got funded through realtyshares 2 days ago!  Love love love them.  

There was some crowdfunding top 100 list (by a BP user) and it had them at #2 and peerstreet at #1 (from an investor pov, not borrower).  As a borrower realtyshares responded within 24 hours.  Peerstreet took about 100 hours to respond and then they said that they don't loan below $100K. I said we're asking for more than that.  They said that they'd send it out and see if they have interested investors in our deal.  That was 3 weeks ago.  Crickets!

I have to say that I checked out RS because of repeatedly hearing their ad on the BP podcasts.  FYI
