You can visit the club website and begin conversations with the club officials and listed vendors via the phone.Go to IREM.org search for ARM certified property managers in the area, Call 3-4 gather info what side of the city they like or dislike and why.

Daniel Rubin Also, if and/or when they reject your offer, send a follow up letter with a post card or business card letting them know that you will continue to be interested in the property until it has officially been sold.

It may or may not be illegal to discriminate against a pit bull if it's officially labeled as a service animal.

We don't have any official contract between us but but we have been together for 11 years and are essentially married.

The plan is to have them pay the mortgage, and officially showing them as renters of my investment property.  

Get it out of there, it is also making you look bad to city/township officials by letting a junk car sit at your place.
