You would eliminate all of the IRS workers, tax preparers, a good number of CPAs and tax attorneys, estate planners, etc.

A financial planner can better advise on this, but why not look into converting your 401k to a self directed IRA.

It seems like finding the needle in a pile of needles, but I'm hunting for a professional CPA who understands real estate and corporate formation, etc. Has anyone had success in this?
