You'd better be prepared to work on the mindset a lot because it can be a frustrating business when the good leads dry up for a while.Suggest you learn to get comfortable with for knocking and calling people and be prepared to turn over a lot of rocks and kiss a lot of frogs before finding deals.

And you'd need to tile the entire surrounding walls as you can't leave any plaster or dry wall in the shower.

Looking back: as a landlord its made me more aware to keep window sills in older units cleaner and I always employ a wet dry vac to clean window sills out before I give keys to a new tenant when doing turn overs on apts.

Here in Maryland I'm able to do dry closings.

I have reduced the price of the house atleast 3 times in the last month - still nothing.Our manager claims that the demand has completely dried up for that neighbourhood.

And then there are other side strip malls that have things like the independent hair salon, dry cleaner, maybe a non-name-brand food place, knick-knack shop, etc.
