@Janell Johnson have you looked at short term vacation rental...with the right PM it could be the best possible outcome for generating revenue...seems like we pay $300+/night at a nice SFR vacation rental in your area...The alternative is a single long-term tenant...again, your PM will be key, but its not unreasonable to say you could safely manage from long-distance...sounds like you would be looking for a low maintenance tenant in this type of location...having a handyman do quarterly checks may be enough to keep things in good order...

I would say you just need to go look at as many as possible, but expect to pay an "unreasonable" premium.

Without agents properties wont sell because buyers and sellers are both unreasonable when communicating directly with each other.
