@Janell Johnson have you looked at short term vacation rental...with the right PM it could be the best possible outcome for generating revenue...seems like we pay $300+/night at a nice SFR vacation rental in your area...The alternative is a single long-term tenant...again, your PM will be key, but its not unreasonable to say you could safely manage from long-distance...sounds like you would be looking for a low maintenance tenant in this type of location...having a handyman do quarterly checks may be enough to keep things in good order...
