FL Home Insurance - need help
I'm currently under contract on a property in Fort Lauderdale and close on 6/27.
The property is 750K and I'm having trouble finding a reasonable insurance policy. I've received multiple quotes from 14-20K!
Looking for any and all suggestions on who can help. Thanks!

I have a 20 year old insurance veteran in Miami, who just bound insurance for under $3k so the buyers are excited to close with a lower PITI payment then expected, based on other insurance quotes (with a 30 year old roof - in good condition) on a 1940s home. Insurance here is still affordable, just need the right insurance person.
