Seller refuses to work with realtors

Hi BP! 

I fell in love with a duplex in Riverside of Jacksonville, FL that is FSBO. This would be my 3rd property, my first in Fl. Since I'm so new to real estate investing, I wanted to use a realtor. My realtor called the seller and he flat out refused to work with her.

I don't even know how to begin to weigh the pros and cons. I'm not sure what to be weary of. Any advice?
