If an HML forecloses on you might simply have to just sign the property over to them instead of having to file for bankruptcy like with a CC.

And I highly doubt pulling your credit, even a few times, would lower your score anywhere near that much.The reason that I am trying to keep my inquiries at minimum is that I going to open couple more Business CC's with PG ( personal guarantee).

It's about .5% higher APR than if I competitively shopped and perhaps a few hundred in extra CC but if it closes, and closes quicker, it will be worth it.
