I have a Home Depot CC.

If an HML forecloses on you might simply have to just sign the property over to them instead of having to file for bankruptcy like with a CC.

Interest rates on CC are horrid, and they will only get worse as rates rise.

And I highly doubt pulling your credit, even a few times, would lower your score anywhere near that much.The reason that I am trying to keep my inquiries at minimum is that I going to open couple more Business CC's with PG ( personal guarantee).

Update on this, I decided against CC Financing and settled on a Hard money lender for the partial financing of the purchase.

I have NO other debt and pay CC monthly for last 25 years.. for the life of me I can't understand why its not perfect 850. 

Received an offer on day 4 for $185k + 2500 CC's.  

It's about .5% higher APR than if I competitively shopped and perhaps a few hundred in extra CC but if it closes, and closes quicker, it will be worth it. 

The debt my wife and I had about  was 13k at time CC.
