Who breaks ice in winter if winter storm?

I interchange the croissant with hand crafted ice cream from a world renown and award winning ice cream shop that is 443 ft from the apartment. 

Do you want to know about hockey, basketball, soccer, curling, fox hunting, or one of the other 500 sports known to man?

My best unit is fairly swanky, Hickory hardwood floors, pictures of horses and cowboys everywhere, wagon wheels, ice and water dispensed in the fridge door, elk horn lamps, antique furnishings, lamps made out of mason jars, log beds, etc. 

@Geoffrey Francis just wait, your only seeing the tip of the ice-berg. 

So much so that Swim Beach is closed indefinitely and as we move further and further away from the ice age that the earth is coming out of, snow levels will be affected more and more every year.

Most investors consider appreciation as "icing on the cake" and not something you should bank on.

I used spreadsheets showing the reduced interest every month from making payments to keep my self motivated and show the ice was melting. 

The back of the house has a flat roof and there was no ice and water shield and plywood was never nailed down.
