Something better than the "Four Square Method"?
Hello BP! I'm looking for a method you use to analyze rental properties that is better than or different from "The Four Square Method." The four square method (https://www.biggerpockets.com/...) is coined by Brandon but I'm wondering what you all REALLY use to analyze! Any tips or advice or worksheets you use?
