How to make money with land ?

Carmen Lapham
Posted

I’m looking to buy some land probably not a lot of it because of the current market. Any ideas how I can make money off a piece of land without spending a lot of money ?

Here are some ideas I thought of :

Horse rentals

Trailer/ commercial/ semi trucks rentals

Anything else ? Need ideas!

Thanks

Depending on the size of the lot and what you want to spend, you could do a trailer or mobile home on it as a rental. Any type of storage for vehicles such as boats or RVs if zoned appropriately. Perhaps making it a photo/destination attraction that brings people to it and you charge but of course that requires a far more active role of someone at least.

Good luck in your search!
