All the time on BP I see buyers complaining about listing agents doing x, y or z, when they are merely just doing their job which is to help their seller, not the buyer.Put yourself in the shoes of the seller.  

Many firms will handle it from start to finish and could give you and estimate per acre/per lot.I found the Baton Rouge P&Z website and had a look at their process, it's pretty similar to what I've done out here.  

They are built for agents (NOT designers/coders) to be able to build their sites from A-Z. 

On some of them i've even beat the big "Z" in ranking for that property listing.
