@Ndy Onyido frankly I expected quite a few more posts with your point of view.One thing that gets lost in all of this is the personal interaction.. the inflections the enthusiasm that comes with belly to belly and or at least over the phone..I have to hand it to anyone who could learn this business by just reading on the internet I know I could NOT ..

At the end of the day this is a belly to belly business you and the ( seller in your case)... no one is going to be there to hold your hand.. and what you say in those split seconds are going to make it or break it for you.its why mentoring for a top end real estate agent that will actually let you go on Sits with them and spend time with them is far more productive than most of these guru's types...

I figured if my math is right with renovation costs and I can find a nearby vacant lot it may be worth the effort but your general advice is there are easier ways of doing this and the juice may not be worth the squeeze?

I have freed up an average of 3-4 hours daily and I am still just as engaged with my family as before, albeit a bit more tired.Money: So the aforementioned book I am on right now is getting the creative finance juices flowing, but you need to also stop spending money frivolously.
