My name is Anthony Friday, but I go by Tony. The only experience I have in real estate is renting for the past 14 years. I was in the military and moved around a lot so I could not rationalize buying a house that I would be moving out of in a few years. I am originally from Portsmouth Virginia but me and my family fell in love with the scenery of north east TN so we moved there after I separated from the service. I currently work overseas as an explosive detection canine handler.

What brought me to bigger pockets was the brrrr method of real estate investment. Of all the real estate investment strategies that I have researched this method was the only one that made sense to me. My goals are to employ this method to help me catch up financially with where I think i should be in this stage of life and be able to set some money aside for the kids' education. I am still a few months out from having the capitol needed to make my first move so I am here to educate myself in what needs to be done so when I am ready to take the dive I don't belly flop.
