In your opinion, would it be too expensive to construct a duplex or triplex for cashflow purposes, say in the Glen Allen/Short Pump areas?

Most volatile were Riverside CA, Phoenix, AZ, Miami FL.

Looking at something in Riverside/Avondale area and need property manager who knows that market.

LOL CA did this in the 1900 to 1930's were they allowed over 3 million lots to be created in  San berdo Riverside and many other rural CA counties.. along with New mexico and ARizona  its the old land game

I was concentrating my search in Long Beach and Inglewood, but the low supply is pushing my boundaries out towards Riverside/San Bernardino.
