Hello! I appreciate you visiting this post. I'll be getting out of the military soon and aim to use my VA Home Loan to purchase a 4 unit property.

To those reading this with 10X goals in multi-family real estate investing, connect with me! Iron sharpens iron!

Better to collaborate than compete, if domination isn't yet a possibility.

First, let me say Thank You for your service. Where (City, County, State) do you plan to use your VA Home Loan? I ask because I am a Marine Corps Vet and CA Real Estate Agent (CalBRE #01969244) I can help with some research and connect you with a Military Friendly RE Agent in your area.

Right now the VA Loan limits in MARICOPA COUNTY AZ is $424,100 for One-Unit (SFR), $543,000 for Two-Unit, $656,350 for a Three-Unit, and $815,650 for a Four-Unit

If you are ever looking to invest in the San Diego County, CA area or in the SW Riverside County, CA area - contact me with your buying criteria and I'll pass along to you any listings that match.
