That's still nice, but not "1000 doors" territory.I'll be waiting in fascination to see how you purchase a property in NYC at 21 with no money and no one staking you on a personal relationship. 

I’m not criticizing these techniques, I find the fascinating actually.

After some research (and viewing Brandon Turner's blog posts), I became fascinated with purchasing a multifamily property as an owner occupant.

I find real estate fascinating, and there are so many RE ponds I have yet to dip my toe in.

Real estate is a fascinating business and I see possible potential all around for gaining properties, but have no clue (or funds) for acquiring them.

Its just fascinating to me & I love architecture and buildings.  

Additionally, although I can in no way profess to be an expert, I took classes in law school about real estate transactions and finance, and so some parts of the process are not totally foreign to me.In general, I'm fascinated by the prospect of being my own boss and developing a growing side business that could one day independently sustain me and my family.

It's fascinating and we will be doing a lot of reading in the next several months.We would love to talk/meet professionals in the area and learn from the best!
