@Giovanni Isaksen My plumber has mentioned that the pipes are galvanized and probably from the 1940's and so the pipes are a big issue.  

My advice is to go through the forums and podcasts, there are loads of gems there.

As we all know the prices are not the same anymore..so my questin to the experts..is there a hidden gem out there ( any state) which i can get something around 50k and be able to rent out without worrying about crime,flood,hurricanes. ....tia

Check out the blue gems group or look for them on Facebook they do a short-term rental meet up here in the area once a month.

I underwrite every single lead and only chase absolute gems as I value every second of my life.
