Hi everyone! I'm currently in the Orlando area looking to start networking and putting myself out there to possibly find someone willing to mentor me. I've had some education and I've spent the last month really just being a sponge in all sorts of places. I feel I'm ready to get out there but we all know how scary that can look. If I could even just shadow someone a couple times a week or month I'd be so appreciative. I'm 1000% moldable and ready to make myself a successful real estate investor within a years time. Huge congrats on taking these first big steps. It might be beneficial to check out the Orlando specific forums here on BP. And it looks like there's a meet up in a couple of weeks.  You should also check out the community InvestHer! It's all women in the real estate investing industry. They have a conference coming up in May (Scottsdale) that is really great!  

And! BPCon is in Orlando for 2023, so it might be good to connect with other women in the group and attend the event together. :)
