Obviously this is a lot more work and somewhat of a last resort, but gives you some options and breathing room if the other strategies don't work out.   

This will allow them to breathe easier and perhaps even invite you in.

I could tell you a little about warehouse and office but my specialty and what I eat, sleep, and breathe is triple net leasing with retail and then larger multifamily buildings.The postcards will not matter as sellers of properties like this are very sophisticated.

Though with covid I'm not holding my breath that they stick to their estimated delivery dates.

The other property went into "pre-foreclosure" status about 2 years ago and the bank just listed it at a ridiculous price.Not a bad idea to reach out to the owners or whomever but I wouldn't hold your breathe. :)  

Any advice, we are just holding our breath and praying nothing breaks.
