I could tell you a little about warehouse and office but my specialty and what I eat, sleep, and breathe is triple net leasing with retail and then larger multifamily buildings.The postcards will not matter as sellers of properties like this are very sophisticated.

The other property went into "pre-foreclosure" status about 2 years ago and the bank just listed it at a ridiculous price.Not a bad idea to reach out to the owners or whomever but I wouldn't hold your breathe. :)
