Hello All!! My name is Steve Gallo and I am an active member of Pace Morby's Subto Mentorship. I am taking this time to inform anyone hoping to join and/or gain clarity on the education so many of us are blessed to be a part of. 

I first have to say Thank You, I can not express the level of gratitude I have for Pace and the entire Subto community. To those of you reading this post, please reach out to any Subto member! Ask questions about their experiences, their Real Estate accomplishments, their newly created businesses, their education, etc. Every single response I can guarantee you will be nothing short of amazing. We are talking about people from all facets of life within this community; Nurses, Business Owners, Firefighters, Attorneys, Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Financial Advisors, Police Officers, Chef's, Tradesman, Truck Drivers...the list goes on and on. 

We live and breath Real Estate Investing every single day and started where you are right now! I lost so much time, wondering if I should join and make the steps to changing my families lives for the better. I made the first step and it's so refreshing to be out of the monotonous every day 9 to 5 job. 

Pace offers a community filled with knowledge I have never seen anywhere else. I have bought countless books on Real Estate, joined Webinars, invested time and money on false Mentors! I now have Legal advise from attorneys, Legally prepared documents for my business, Contracts, Joint Venture agreements, LIVE one on one ZOOM calls with active community leaders helping me succeed, Underwriting, Lead generation, Acquisition strategies...once again, the list goes on and on. 

The number one thing that I will always remember that Pace has told me was "You need to take Action". Nothing is handed to us, Subto students are working round the clock every single day to succeed. If I fail it is of my own doing because I didn't take enough "ACTION" for my business. All the tools have been provided to me by Pace and this amazing community. 

Please humble yourself like I did, know that our success in life is a result of our own actions and not of others around us. You want to be a Lion, then surround yourself with other Lion's! Stop making excuses for not having the life you want for yourself and your family. 

Lastly, My personal promise to Pace and the Subto community is to always GIVE back more than I have received! If anyone reading this is not a go giver or plans on just taking everything they can from Subto and not providing any value in return, please don't join.
