I am new to Bigger Pockets but have been hungrily consuming all information I can about reaching FI and becoming a real estate investor for the past almost 2 years.

I completed a cash out re-fi on my primary residence.

Is the issue here that would slow me down being that now I'd have a mortgage on the original 80k and the new 40k the bank is giving back to me in the re-fi?
