Hey Everyone my name is Anthony Alberti originally from Evans Georgia
My portfolio consist of one long term Rental in Evans Georgia and 3 short term Arbitrage Properties in Columbia, SC. I am really interested in continuing my short term rental venture but with the prospect of owning as opposed to renting. Bigger spread in profits and just having the benefits of real estate ( 1. cashflow 2. debt pay down 3. appreciation 4. Taxes etc)
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I love SF home investments and is what I want my portfolio to initially grow with.

I was living in it and turned it into a rental upon moving out

Renting it during this crazy time where rents are extremely high haha (COVID)

managing a property from another state is a little challenging but have been able to figure it out.
